Here's your daily look at five stories to know about:

1. PMA campaign: The Philadelphia Museum of Art is slated to announce today that it has completed a $54 million campaign to endow 29 positions across the museum. 

2. Budget deal: The U.S. Senate is expected to pass the spending package negotiated by Sen. Patty Murray and Rep. Paul Ryan. The bill is likely to head to President Obama for his signature today.

3. Remembering Peruto: High-profile Philadelphia defense attorney A. Charles Peruto Sr. died at his Media home on Tuesday.

4. Rocket launch: A NASA-funded rocket launch tonight will be visible in Philadelphia and elsewhere along the East Coast.

5. Casino auction: The bankruptcy auction for The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel continues today, after 11 hours of bidding Tuesday ended without a winner.
