3. Air quality: A report being released today by the American Lung Association finds that ozone levels remain a problem, with nearly every county in the Philadelphia region failing to meet federal air-quality standards at least some of the time.

4. "Tainted Justice" fallout: After news broke last week that federal prosecutors decided not to file criminal charges against the Philadelphia police officers who allegedly destroyed video cameras at bodegas, took cash and merchandise from the businesses and were the subject the Daily News' Pulitzer Prize-winning series, store owners are questioning the thoroughness of the investigation.
