1. Boston Marathon bombings: Russian authorities reportedly raised concerns about one of the suspects "multiple" times in recent years, and the brothers may have been plotting an attack in New York City. However, it doesn't appear that the two have ties to foreign terrorist groups. The latest on Boston.

2. Sunil Tripathi found?: A body found in the water near Providence, R.I., may be 22-year-old Bryn Mawr native Sunil "Sunny" Tripathi, who has been missing since mid-March. Tripathi was also in the news last week when false reports on social media speculated he was involved in the Boston Marathon bombings.

3. Search for Ricin-letter suspect: Charges were dropped against the Mississippi Elvis impersonator accused of sending ricin-laced letters to President Obama and Sen. Roger Wicker. Investigators on Tuesday were searching the home of another Mississippi man, but no charges have been filed.

4. Murder counts dismissed in Gosnell trial: Three of seven murder counts have been dismissed against West Philadelphia abortion Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Defense attorneys for Gosnell -- who could still face the death penalty if he is convicted in the four other deaths -- could begin calling witnesses today.

5. Back to class at Penn Wood: Students are heading back to class today at Penn Wood High School, where a fire -- believed to be arson -- closed the building for 11th- and 12th-grade students last week. The school district says students will follow a modified schedule at the campus that formerly housed only 9th- and 10th-graders: Juniors and seniors will be in class from 6:45 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.; freshman and sophomores will attend from 11:10 a.m. to 3:55 p.m.
