10 best cities in Pennsylvania

The real-estate company Movoto is searching out the best cities in each state, and says six of the top 10 Pennsylvania cities are in the Philadelphia region.

Movoto says it looks at criteria that include amenities, cost of living, crime, education, median income and home value to determine its rankings. Here are what the company says are the 10 best cities in Pennsylvania:

1. Mount Lebanon (Allegheny County)
2. Radnor Township (Delaware County)
2. King of Prussia (Montgomery County)
4. Willow Grove (Montgomery County)

5. Scott Township (Allegheny County)
6. Bethel Park (Allegheny County)
7. Drexel Hill (Delaware County)
8. West Chester (Chester County)

8. Greensburg (Westmoreland County)
10. Upper St. Clair (Allegheny County)
10. Phoenixville (Chester County)

Radnor earned its spot near the top for its "incredibly high home values," Movoto says, while King of Prussia's low crime rate, high income and large mall all contributed to its tie for second.

Just below them, Willow Grove is a "often overlooked gem" that is a "safe and affluent area to raise a family," according to Movoto.
