Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have released a joint statement denying they are splitting.

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact," said the statement reported by TMZ.

The couple were responding to a report from In Touch Weekly is reporting exclusively, with little detail, that the Overbrook native superstar and his wife of 13 years were separating.

Will Smith has been back and forth to Philadelphia for the past several weeks, meeting with filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan for whom he and son Jaden will star in a sci-fi thriller, and appearing at WRNB DJ Lady B's anniversary concert Sunday.

Jada Pinkett Smith had not accompanied him to town but that was likely due to her schedule shooting TNT hospital drama "HawthorNE," on which she stars.
