Nutter spokesman has 'No CMMNT" on new vanity plate
Mayor Nutter’s chief spokesman Doug Oliver has changed vanity plates. As Clout reported in August, for years, Oliver, former spokesman of the Philadelphia Gas Works, sported “CMNIC8R” on the back of his black Chevy Tahoe SUV. Today, the car, parked in its usual spot outside City Hall, now bears a “NO CMMNT” plate. Asked when and why he switched, Oliver wrote back “No comment :)” In case there should be any doubt, yes, it's a fairly slow day, and yes, Sho'nuff, that is a gratuitous shot of actress Vanity, former flame of Prince and co-star of the 1980s urban martial arts classic "The Last Dragon."  If you don't like it you can Kiss My Converse.
