"Today" Show news anchor Natalie Morales will run Saturday in the Stroehmann Back on My Feet 20in24 Challenge to raise money to fight homelessness.
The race gives runners options to compete in a 24-hour marathon, distance relays, a pajama run and a midnight run. Morales is a board member of Back on My Feet, the homeless running club founded in Philadelphia by Anne Mahlum. It has since expanded to seven other cities.
Morales will compete in the relay challenge and present the first fundraising award. The events are on Saturday and Sunday and will begin at the Schuylkill River Running Loop at Lloyd Hall on Boathouse Row. For info, visit backonmyfeet.org or 20in24.com.
