Lil' Kim gives shout-out to "all my girls at the Federal Detention Center"

Former Center City resident Lil' Kim could have gotten out of jail and never looked back, but instead the pint-size hip hop princess dedicated her first  "Dancing With The Stars," performance to "all my girls at the Federal Detention Center." Kim, born Kimberly Jones was incarcerated at the FDC (7th & Arch) from Sept. 2005 to July 2006 on a perjury rap. "This one's for you ladies," Kim said in a clip just before she and partner Derek Hough danced the cha cha cha to Janet Jackson's "Nasty," twenty minutes ago on the show's premiere. The pair scored a 21 out of 30 from the in-studio judges. Viewers may also vote by phone once the episode ends at 10 p.m.
