Inmate returns shout out from Lil' Kim

"She's such a sweetheart and that is one of her best qualities," writes Sydia Bagley, of former Center City resident Lil' Kim. Bagley was incarcerated with the pint-size hip-hop princess at the Federal Detention Center (7th & Arch), where Kim spent 10 months on a perjury rap. We reported recently that Kimberly Jones, as Lil' Kim was known in prison, had given a shout-out to all her girls in the Federal Detention Center, on this season's premiere episode of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars." "I want to shout Lil' Kim back out for the unconditional love she shows not only to me but to all the girls," writes Bagley, who is now housed at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn, for her part in an armed robbery. "We love you, Girl, and you know you got our votes," Bagley says.
