Fox News Channel's Shepard Smith will appear via-satellite from Mississippi on Fox 29's "You Decide 2008: Battleground Pennsylvania" at 11 tomorrow night. The half-hour special focusing on the presidential race is hosted by political reporter Bruce Gordon and anchor Kerri-Lee Halkett and will air each Tuesday through the April 22 Pennsylvania primary.
