Philly was quite the hang out spot for celebs this weekend.

  • Drake may have cancelled his show at the Wells Fargo Center on Saturday, due to an “unexpected mechanical issue,” after people had already arrived but that didn’t stop the rapper and twenty-plus members of his crew from heading over to mainstay Ms. Tootsie's Restaurant (1312 South St.) and staying until a little after 2 a.m. The show was rescheduled for December 18.
  • Shaquille O’Neal stopped by the Irish Pub (1123 Walnut St.) to support his buddy Don De Lucca, Chief of Police of Golden Beach, Florida who was in town for the the International Association of Chiefs of Police Convention. De Lucca was throwing a party at Irish Pub and Shaq was happy to attend. Shaq is actually a part time employee of De Lucca's.
