Colbert feels the LOVE from GPTMC

Here's Stephen Colbert showing off his LOVE statue, slightly smaller than the one at 15th & JFK, from the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation at a Monday night reception. The comedian is taping Comedy Central's "Colbert Report" all week from Penn's Annenberg Center. The Polish American String Band performed at the party which Mayor Nutter clearly attended as well. Nutter was a guest on the Comedy Central program, which also featured Nicetown/Somerton raised "Hardball" host Chris Matthews. Sorry to players in the City Paper's Colbert-stalking Patriot Game, since a mention in our column merits no points. Photo: Jason Smith/GPTMC
