Happy birthday to Chef Emeril Lagasse who dined at Paramour Restaurant in the Wayne Hotel (139 E. Lancaster Ave., Wayne) to celebrate his 54th birthday. Lagasse was in town to shoot a new special for QVC. Looks like he was celebrating with Paramour's double chocolate brownie.

Lagasse isn't the only famous face Paramour has seen recently: Rosie O'Donnell recently stayed in the hotel, as well.
