Noted playboy Charlie Sheen tweeted that he will donate $1,000 to jilted PYT waiter Rob Knelly, who was left a 20 cent tip by Eagles running back LeSean McCoy.

PYT posted a picture of the 20 cent tip McCoy left for Knelly on Monday. Yesterday, owner Tommy Up responded to critics about the McCoy dust up.
