Butch Patrick, who played Eddie Munster on "The Munsters," and former Eagles cheerleader Donna McCall have broken up. We reported in July that the actor had moved to West Chester to live with McCall, with whom he corresponded as a child star.
"We had always planned to take one day at a time with our relationship," McCall told us yesterday. "I came to the realization that his decision-making and lifestyle choices were not compatible with mine."
McCall, who is now retired, attended last weekend's 35th anniversary of the Philadelphia Bell cheerleaders at Chickie's & Pete's (1526 Packer). She danced for the Bell in 1974-75 while studying at what is now the University of the Sciences. She cheered for the Eagles from 1976-78.
Patrick, who moved from Florida to be with McCall, said yesterday he expects to move back to Florida but to spend his spring and summers in New Jersey, where he's made a lot of friends. "Donna's a great gal, but it just didn't work out," he said of the split.
