Blueberry heir DiMeo settles suit over New Year's Eve nightmare

Blueberry heir Anthony DiMeo III has agreed in a legal settlement to pay $10,000 to the now-closed Le Jardin restaurant and its chef/owner, Athmane Kabir. Kabir sued DiMeo and his firm, Renamity, over a now-infamous New Year's Eve 2005/6 party during which booze ran out fast, art was stolen and partygoers demanded refunds
