South Philly rapper Beanie Sigel marks the release of his new record “The Solution” Tuesday afternoon with two in-store appearances. At 4, he’s to appear at Music Box Records (2713 Grand) and at 6 he’s to hit Phenomenal Records (1432 Cecil B. Moore). Those times are in Eastern Standard Time, not Hip-Hop Time, so who knows when he'll actually arrive at either shop. The Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam release has a couple tracks produced by local cats Dre & Vidal and also features R. Kelly and Scarface lending vocals to the record.
