Anna Kournikova, playing for the St. Louis Aces, against the Philadelphia Freedoms, threw a bit of a fit when a judge warned her for saying "Jesus Christ!" Kournikova fired back, "You can't say Jesus Christ? That's a rule? Get the rule book, look it up! Jesus Christ!," confirms Comcast-Spectacor spokesman Ike Richman.

Before the World Team Tennis event at the Pavillion at Villanova, Kournikova talked about injuries and rehabbing with Flyers forward Ville Leino - who is on crutches after recent surgery -  She had to shell out $300 for a cab from the airport to Villanova after her driver locked the keys in the limo.

The Freedoms play their final World Team Tennis match tonight against

Martina Hingis

and the New York Buzz.

Tickets are still available

She is probably mad that she has to go to Villanova and not Philly. I would be mad too if all I saw were lame 7-11's and Wawa's all over the place.

Another ignorant poster who thinks their religion is the be all end all of enlightenment and has plenty of kool-aid for all of us to drink - join us, join us, join us - we'll be passing the collection plate right after the sermon....good for Kournikova for calling the judge out - keep your personal religious beliefs to yourself - they are personal and they are beliefs - they are not facts.

Let's give Anna here a break. It's a competitive, intense sport where you don't have the luxury of a team or a coach to come out and support you when something has gone wrong. You've got to stand up to the umpire all by yourself. This is ridiculously tame (I shout "Jesus Christ" in my place of work all the time!)and hardly qualifies as a fit.

$300 to go from the airport to Villanova? The girl can't win and she get taken for a ride by a taxi. What a joke/
