Alycia may be selling her Center City condo




She’s out of a job and has a couple of attorneys to pay, so it would make sense that Alycia Lane is selling her Washington Square condo. What we hear is that Lane’s in the process of listing the property with Allan Domb Real Estate.

Lane and ex-husband Jay Adkins bought the condo for $675,000 in December 2004, and in February 2007, the property was transferred solely into Lane’s name for $1, as part of their divorce settlement it seems.

Lane did not return an e-mail asking about the condo sale. Her attorney Paul Rosen did not return a call today and Domb did not return several detailed messages left since Monday.

The former CBS3 anchor was fired Jan. 7 as a result of a Dec. 16 incident, first reported here, in which she was arrested and charged with allegedly striking a female NYPD officer during a road rage incident that also involved her boyfriend, Q102 morning man Chris Booker. She faces hearing April 3 in New York. Her attorney David Smith has denied striking the officer or calling her a "f---ing dyke," as the police report alleges she did.

Can't believe she's with BOOGER anyway. He's seems like such a wimpy, sissyish, loser. Alycia needs a REAL MAN taking care of her needs not some metrosexual sissyboi.

I hope her and Booker are very happy in New York. Of course, Booker will be left in the dust when she finds another man victim. Hey Diego, maybe you will be the next big thing at Q102. Oh wait you already are the big thing at Q. lol

what will you do when alycia and booker move to new york?you'll have to make up news!now that he's been offered mornings to replace opie & anthony,it's only a matter of time before they release him from his contract here.so once both of their washington sq homes are sold,will you pick on someone else for a change?why not go after chio,he's good for nothing.
