You know how when the Giants and Cowboys play each other, Eagles fans wish both teams could lose?

That's how some people will feel when Celebrity Boxing Federation promoter Damon Feldman takes Michael Lohan, the press-hungry father of actress Lindsay Lohan, to court on "Judge Alex."

Feldman is off to Los Angeles to shoot the courtroom show Thursday. He claims Lohan owes him $5,000 for failing to show up at three boxing appearances in Florida and California.

"We have to go on there; it's the only way I have a chance at getting my money," Feldman says of going on the court show, which we believe covers the damages if any are awarded on the program.

Lohan did not return a request for comment Monday.

Feldman previously appeared on "Judge Pirro" after he was sued by Tailor Made from VH1's "I Love New York." Feldman emerged victorious in that case.
