Booker on Alycia: Don't believe everything you read

While Alycia Lane is off indefinitely from CBS 3, her boyfriend Chris Booker returned to the airwaves of Q102 this morning.

Booker’s show was on a previously scheduled vacation when the Daily News broke the story of Lane’s arrest in New York on Dec. 16. Shortly before 7 a.m. Booker said it was reported that he got out of a car and mouthed off to a police officer, but as he has a lot of respect for police and would have never done such a thing.

The radio host and former Daily News Sexy Single said not to believe everything you read because newspapers were just trying to sell copies and people are inclined to believe police. He said the reason the Dec. 16 incident has become such a story is that she’s a babe. Booker said he believes the situation will work itself out in the courts where Lane has an April 3 hearing date in Manhattan.

I never even heard of Booker until this whole thing came down. But he sounds like a complete loser. Lane, as we all know, is a loser piece of trash.

That picture you posted of Booker & Alycia looks so cute! Two hearts beating as one! Two brains maybe functioning as one as well!! Are we to believe that the NYC cops fabricated this whole story about our poor local celebs? PLEASE! I don't think so, and besides, THEY'RE NOT THAT FAMOUS!!!

That is a cute picture of the two of them! So cute, two hearts beating as one and two brains maybe functioning as one as well! Give me a break! Do they really want us to believe that the cops made this whole story up? Are we to believe that they are two local celebs, unfairly targeted? Please, they're NOT that famous!!!

Did you actually listen to Booker this morning or are you going by the infamous "sources say"? It's so awful how anyone has the right to drag a person through the mud like this. Please give it up. And the only reason is because this column and others like it thrive on others lives. Report on real news and leave the woman alone, enough is enough. We get it people either love her or hate her (even though they DON'T know her it's only based on what they read and most is by "sources"

If CBS 3 takes her off the air, they are spineless punks. Everybody's SO afraid of maintaining a 1950's plastic perfection. So what if viewers are "concerned" at the allegations? I love cops too, but it's entirely possible that they embellished a bit after the scuffle to pre-empt a harrassment charge, once they realized they were dealing with an angered major-market media personality who was snapping still photos, obviously with no audio to refute the harsh words she's accused of using.

Alycia is a overpaid train wreck, no one should be paid 700k a year to read off of a teleprompter, I for 1 will be giddy when she returns and fails horribly, Alycia will be anna nicole shortly... no wonder she has been divorced 2 times and likes to flirt with married men

He basically said the cops are liars...and the news is sensational. I don't think so though...these two clearly got a power trip and thought they were more important than they were. The alcohol didn't help...

LOL, She should just let the bidding war between delilahs and club risque begin. Playboy would give her a chunk of change but once the pictures are out there, they are out there. If she was smart get one of the clubs to charge a 100 dollar cover 50-50 split with her and she takes it off in dark lighting for a couple nights a week. I am sure she could pull in 500 guys a night. Friday night is NudeNews Nite at the den!

If you listened to the Booker show this morning - you would know that Angi Taylor was the one to say that people are more inclined to believe the police. Booker stopped her from saying that because it wasn't the message he wanted to send and he didn't want to say the cops were liars! Listen again and get your facts straight.

so the cops are liars? give me break they are both bad drunks. so the cops stop the drunkards cab and dragged them out of it to arrest her? if CBS 3 brings her back what an embarrassment. i am not a journalist but i know they are supposed to report the news not become it which she has done over and over again. it illustrates the mentality of the suits at 3. I have watched 3 in the past but no longer; they do not have the journalistic integrity for me to allow them into my house.
