Phillies ace Cliff Lee and his wife, Kristen, closed Monday on a condo in the Rittenhouse Square area, according to a Realtor website, CenterCityRealEstate.com. The building has 29 full-floor units, each at least 4,100 square feet. The website, run by the Atacan Group, did not provide details about the purchase price.

well if I am not mistaken, all the units there are the same size. each unit is the entire floor. the price increases as you go from bottom to top.

They'll probably live there no more than 3 months out of the year with all the other properties they own.

I believe the Lee family already said they're only going to live up here during non-school months. Wonder if you'll see Cliff laying in the park on off days.

Scchhwwweeeet.Rittenhouse is one of the best urban neighborhoods in the usa.And In this real estate market the Lee's can still buy a 5,000 sq ft beach house in Cape May and a 2 acre country getaway in Villanova and still have $119 M left of their $120 M contract. Good luck to the Lee's. Life is good for them.

Surprised he chose that place instead of the Ritz Carlton, Northern Liberties or the Society Hill area . I am glad to see he decided to stay in the city and not move to the burbs
