Fairmount's Bishop's Collar To Be Muralized

In a city of murals, one person's art is another person's: "What is that?" This shadowy scene is a rendering of the proposed mural for the side of Bishop's Collar located at 24th and Fairmount Streets. Love it? Loathe it? The artists, along with a Mural Arts rep, will be on hand at the next Fairmount Civic Association meeting, held Thurs., 4/29, 7 pm at Philadelphia Mennonite High School, to discuss their vision.
