Taking a Pounding

The Red Sox are pounding the Phillies this afternoon at Citizens Bank Park.

Taking a Pounding

Kyle Kendrick is gone.

J.D. Drew is a triple away from the cycle.

And it's only the bottom of the fourth inning.

The Red Sox hold a 7-1 lead over the Phillies in the series finale this afternoon at Citizens Bank Park. If the Phillies lose, they will have lost six of their last nine games. This is following last night's 3-0 loss to the Sox. The Phillies just couldn't hit as Jamie Moyer struggled with his control.
