Phillies Clinch, In First NLCS Since 1993

The Phillies beat the Brewers today at Miller Park, 6-2, to clinch the NLDS.

The Phillies are headed to their first National League Championship Series since 1993 with today's 6-2 victory over the Brewers in the NLDS. Game 1 is Thursday against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies have heard plenty about that '93 team.

They've obviously heard even more about the '80 team.

Years from now, they hope people are talking about the '08 team like the '80 or '93 or '50 team.
