RAIN UPDATE AT 8:50 p.m.: I'm hearing we're shooting for a 9:45 p.m. first pitch, although that can change. Stay tuned.

RAIN UPDATED AT 9:30 p.m.: The tarp is off, although it's still raining. But the best sign is that Jamie Moyer has walked out to the bullpen. So has pitching coach Rich Dubee, catcher Carlos Ruiz, catching instructor Mick Billmeyer and bullpen coach Roly de Armas.

SUNDAY TRAFFIC UPDATE: The Phillies are strongly urging fans to use public transportation or carpool to Game 3 tomorrow night. Fans with World Series tickets should not plan on arriving to the Sports Complex until one hour after the Eagles game has ended (roughly 5 p.m.). Citizens Bank Park gates will not open until 5:30 p.m.

Fans with tickets to the 1 p.m. Eagles gmes are urged to leave the parking lots immediatley after the game has concluded. Exceptions: fans who have World Series tickets or tickets to the 7:30 p.m. The Who concert at the Wachovia Center.
