4/112 Chris Oliver RHP Arkansas. Had a DWI arrest on Tuesday and a court date next month.

5/142 Rhys Hoskins 1B Sacramento State. Hit 12 home runs and had 1.001 OPS.

6/172 Brandon Leibrandt LHP Florida State. The son of former MLB pitcher Charlie Leibrandt, was injured most of the year with a left knee bone contusion.

7/202 Emmanuel Marrero SS Alabama State. Highest ever drafted player from Alabama State.

8/232 Sam McWilliams RHP Beech HS Hendersonville, Tennessee. Only Phillies high school draftee.

9/262 Matt Hockenberry RHP Temple. Had career-best 3.18 ERA as a senior.

10/292 Matt Shortall OF U. Texas-Arlington. A senior who began his career as a catcher at Tulane.
