Kevin Frandsen is in at first base for Darin Ruf and Erik Kratz is behind the plate for Carlos Ruiz as the Phillies face the Mets Matt Harvey in today’s series finale at Citi Field.

Manager Charlie Manuel indicated Kratz would be getting some time, especially since Carlos Ruiz has failed to find his offensive game. Ruiz has just seven RBIs in 136 at-bats.

Here is the Phillies lineup, with Cliff Lee facing Harvey in an all-star pitching matchup.
