Coming off a season-high seven runs in a win over the Marlins last night, the Phillies face lefthander Mark Buehrle tonight.
Buehrle allowed two runs in six innings and took the loss to Cincinnati on Opening Day last Thursday. That was his National League debut after spending his entire career in the American League. He is 3-0 in interleague game against the Phillies. He played for new Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen with the White Sox last season.
Joe Blanton will make his first start of the season after pitching in relief against the Pirates on Saturday.
With a lefthander on the mound, the Phillies will change their lineup, with John Mayberry getting the start in leftfield over Juan Pierre and Shane Victorino moving to the top of the lineup. Ty Wigginton will start at first base.
