Feliz sidelined

Phillies third baseman Pedro Feliz is out of the starting lineup for the third straight game with stiffness in his lower back.

He's apparently available to pinch-hit and probably could have played today but they figured, with the off day tomorrow, to play it on the safe side. He's expected to start Tuesday night in Washington.
