23 innings and counting

Another ugly one here at the Bank.

It's been 23 innings now since the Phillies have scored a run. It's the longest such stretch since 2000.

The last time the Phillies were shut out in back to back games was in September of 1999.

The good news? Joe Blanton looked good.

Are the Phils frustrated?

"Everybody wants to use the word frustration," short stop Jimmy Rollins said. "We don't really use that word frustrated. We've been on the other side, where we are always down, looking up, trying to win a game only just to stay a game back. We're on the opposite side of that. We're still in first place. We have to keep looking forward and go out there tomorrow and get a win."
