The Electric Factory Concerts co-founder and his wife, Mickey, hired Daroff Designs and famed artists Ray King and Peter Pierobin to design the 4,500-square-foot home on the 600 block of Addison Street. They sold the home in 2009, and the most recent owner sold it this past June, public records show.

Its interior has some unique features: a floating staircase, a wall of glass overlooking a private garden, an elevator, and custom built-ins by Peter Pierobin.
The master suite has his-and-her dressing rooms and built-in TVs in the master bathroom.
