It only took two months for this Frank Weise row home on Lombard Street to sell.

Public records show the 1,536-square-foot home sold earlier this year for $515,000. It was first listed for $529,000.

The row home – located on the corner of 12th and Lombard Streets – was built by Weise in the 1960s as part of Camac Village, a large renewal project in Washington Square West.

This home is one of more than 150 row homes designed by the late mid-century modern architect. Weise is also known for his involvement in retaining riverfront access for the city during the building of I-95, the restoration of Head House Square, and the adaptation of Eastern State Penitentiary.

This home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, and was updated over the last few years with refinished wood floors, a new kitchen, and a covered deck.
