when it first hit the market for $1.2 million.

The sellers of the 1860s row home are still looking for a new owner, and just re-listed the property on Friday for $985,000.

The owners, who operate the Bella Vista Bed and Breakfast next door on 10th Street between Fitzwater and Catherine, told us they put in about $350,000 of renovations when they bought the home in 2009, including a transformation of the master bedroom, which was originally a ballroom.

Original details can be found throughout the 3,800-square-foot space, including the glass chandeliers, French doors, inlaid oak hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling Victorian pier mirrors, and crown moldings.

Unlike the rest of the home, the kitchen is very modern. The sellers completely redid the room by englarging the space and adding Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The home has a total of four bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths.
