In Montco, Chester and Bucks hot tubs a selling point

In spite of the humidity, and as foretold by the appearance of pumpkin everything, we are on the verge of autumn here. Which naturally means it's just about time to go from salivating over homes with crazy pools to salivating over homes with killer hot tubs.

At Trulia, the number-crunchers have come up with a list of top 10 metro markets where hot tubs or Jacuzzis are a big selling point. Two local markets cracked the top three: Camden County at number two and Trulia's combo market Montco/Bucks/Chester came in at number three. Baton Rouge had the highest percentage of listings mentioning "Jacuzzi" or "hot tub."  They attribute the hot tub popularity in the Northeast to our four distinct seasons where hot tubs make a little more economic sense than pools that get use one season of the year.

We decided to take a spin through the listings to see just what kind of drool-worthy hot tubs were out there in suburbia and we were not disappointed.
