For sale: 'Silence of the Lambs' home in Western Pa. for $300,000

Hello, Clarice.

Fans of "The Silence of the Lambs" will be happy to hear that Buffalo Bill's home is on the market.

In the quaint town of Perryopolis, about 30 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, you'll find the four bedroom, one bath home where Agent Starling revealed the film's serial killer.

Though the 1991 thriller depicts the home as rundown and dingy, in reality, it's quite lovely.

The 1910 Princess Anne-style Victorian is situated on 1.76 acres of land and features all of the original molding, high ceilings, a Grand foyer, a prominent panel oak staircase, multiple fireplaces, and a gorgeous wraparound verandah.

Outside, the home offers an in-ground pool, vintage B&O Chessie System caboose that doubles as a pool house and a four-car garage.

Luckily, the film's infamous basement doesn't exist. Owners said those scenes were shot at a studio.

The home is listed with Dianne Wilk of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Realty at $300,000
