WATCH: Phillies center fielder Ben Revere makes incredible diving catch

It's early in the season, but Phillies center fielder Ben Revere may already have the catch of the year. In the bottom of the second inning during Monday night's game against the Reds, Revere went back on a fly ball and made an incredible diving catch. Revere hopped to his feet without hesitation and turned a double play by throwing the ball to first, forcing out the runner who failed to tag up on the play. The Daily News' Ryan Lawrence and MLB.com Phillies beat writer Todd Zolecki were both highly impressed with Revere's catch. See their reactions and then watch video of the play below. It's early in the season, but Phillies center fielder Ben Revere may already have the catch of the year.

In the bottom of the second inning during Monday night's game against the Reds, Revere went back on a fly ball and made an incredible diving catch. Revere hopped to his feet without hesitation and turned a double play by throwing the ball to first, forcing out the runner who failed to tag up on the play.
