Yes, Stephen A. Smith got smacked on the rear after the Wizards' dramatic Game 6 win

The saucy look on Stephen A. Smith's face says it all.

Here's how the Verizon Center sounded when John Wall nailed the final game-winning shot, beating Avery Bradley one-on-one and sealing the victory for the Wizards (the call is by Wizards' play-by-play announcer Dave Johnson).

After the win, an excited Markieff Morris made his way to the team's locker room when he greeted ESPN First Take host Stephen A. Smith with a passionate smack across his backside. Smith's saucy reaction to the swat coming from the Philadelphia native (and former Prep Charter stand-out) says it all.

(If you want to read more about Morris and his Philadelphia roots, check out this piece on Markieff and his twin brother Marcus, written by my colleague Mike Jensen.)

Game 7 between the Wizards and the Celtics will take place in Boston on Monday night. The winner will face LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the East finals, which will start on Wednesday.
