Sixers Stay or Go: 2010 vs. 2011
For the second year in a row, we gave fans the opportunity to play fantasy GM and decide which Sixers should stay and which should go this offseason.

After finishing 27-55 in 2009-10, the Sixers improved to 41-41 under Doug Collins.
So today, let's take a look at how voting changed (or in some cases stayed the same) in the past two seasons.
ANDRE IGUODALA
2009-10: 44.7% stay; 55.3% go
2010-11: 30.1% stay; 69.9% go
Iguodala averaged 14.1 points, 5.8 rebounds and a career-high 6.3 assists per game, while also standing out defensively. But more fans want him to go following this season than last season.
ELTON BRAND
2009-10: 18.5% stay; 81.5% go
2010-11: 77.2% stay; 22.8% go
Fans' opinions of Brand changed completely after he averaged 15 points and 8.3 rebounds per game, while shooting over 51 percent from the field. In his third season with the Sixers, Brand got Sixers fans on his side, earning an approval rating of over 77 percent.
LOU WILLIAMS
2009-10: 66.9% stay; 33.1% go
2010-11: 88% stay; 12% go
Williams averaged 13.7 points per game off the bench, and his approval rating went from strong to quite strong at 88 percent. Even though Williams just completed his sixth NBA season, he'll only be 25 by the time next season starts.
JRUE HOLIDAY
2009-10: 96% stay; 4% go
2010-11: 98.5% stay; 1.5% go
After two NBA seasons, Holiday is the most popular Sixer, according to our poll results. Over 98 percent of the voters want him to stay, following Holiday's impressive season in which he averaged 14 points, 6.5 assists and 4 rebounds per game. Holiday shot 44.6 percent from the field, 36.5 percent from 3-point range and 82.3 percent from the line.
THADDEUS YOUNG
2009-10: 88.4% stay; 11.6% go
2010-11: 95.5% stay; 4.5% go
Young was already popular last season, but he earned even more favor from fans after 2010-11, with over 95 percent of the voters wanting him to return. Young averaged 12.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game, shooting 54.1 percent from the field.
JASON KAPONO
2009-10: 55.9% stay; 44.1% go
2010-11: 8% stay; 92% go
Kapono's approval rating plummeted. He became one of the most unpopular Sixers, with only 8 percent of the voters wanting him to return next season. Kapono appeared in just 24 games.
MARREESE SPEIGHTS
2009-10: 83.5% stay; 16.5% go
2010-11: 27.9% stay; 72.1% go
Speights also took a hit, with only 27.9 percent of the voters wanting him to return to the Sixers next season. He played a career-low 11.5 minutes per game and averaged 5.4 points.
ED STEFANSKI
2009-10: 14.9% stay; 85.1% go
2010-11: 31.6% stay; 68.4% go
Stefanski gained some supporters, but the majority of fans still want him gone.
