'Rocky II' house on the open market

Talk about movie memorabilia. Most people own a piece of a movie set or a piece of an iconic costume. But how about owning a movie character’s home?

According to the Huffington Post, Rocky Balboa’s home from Rocky II has hit the open market via Realtor.com.

The price of the 90-year-old row home is $139,900. The home comes with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a basement. Sylvester Stallone and Carl Weathers (Apollo Creed) are sold separately.
