Phillies fan auctions off toupee-less photo of Chris Wheeler

Some fans really do not like Phillies announcer, Chris “Wheels” Wheeler. One fan dislikes the broadcaster so much, that he is auctioning off a vintage picture of Wheels from the 1970s before he starting wearing a toupee.

Some fans really do not like Phillies announcer, Chris “Wheels” Wheeler. One fan dislikes the broadcaster so much, that he is auctioning off a vintage picture of Wheels from the 1970s before he starting wearing a toupee.

The black and white photo is from when Wheels was still working as the assistant director of publicity and public relations for the Phillies.The title for the ebay bid reads, in all caps, “Vintage CHRIS WHEELER 1970s Photo PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES NO TOUPEE BALD HAIR RARE.”

The auction is being sold by Ebay user sportsil, who really does not like Wheels. He made this pretty obvious in his item description which was written in all caps.

The last two paragraphs are what really settles sportsil's distaste for the current Phils announcer, as he writes,
