Phil Mickelson, quietly fading behind a simmering collective of Justin Rose, Jason Day, and Hunter Mahan, announced his re-entry into contention with a blistering eagle on hole 10, with a mere 76 yards between him and the pin.

Phil Mickelson, quietly fading behind a simmering collective of Justin Rose, Jason Day, and Hunter Mahan, announced his re-entry into contention with a blistering eagle on hole 10, with a mere 76 yards between him and the pin.

Mickelson kept his composure, allowing the "little kid on Christmas morning" to come out in the slightest.
