Roy Halladay allowed two earned runs in seven innings, earning his sixth win of the season as the Phillies beat the Cardinals, 7-2, Thursday afternoon at Citizens Bank Park.

Jayson Werth led the offensive attack, with three hits, including a three-run homer.

Halladay struck out nine and walked three, throwing 119 pitches. He's 6-1 with a 1.61 ERA on the season.
