Jeffrey Lurie got what he wanted: a feel-good coach

It was a feel-good day. Apparently, that’s what Jeffrey Lurie wanted most. When the Eagles introduced Doug Pederson as their head coach Tuesday, Lurie repeatedly emphasized Pederson’s pleasant personality and how he expected Pederson to connect with players and fans in a way Chip Kelly never did.
