Infrared images make Ducks-Capitals game look ghostlier than normal

A photographer, Bruce Bennett, at the Anaheim Ducks/Washington Capitals game last night stuck an infrared filter on his lens and came out with a couple of images quite different from those of his colleagues.

A photographer, Bruce Bennett, at the Anaheim Ducks/Washington Capitals game last night stuck an infrared filter on his lens and came out with a couple of images quite different from those of his colleagues. 

He seems to have turned a normal Tuesday night hockey game into an arena full of silent spectres, staring forward as fellow spirits glide about below.
