Eagles Jalen Mills, Jordan Hicks earn big NFL performance bonuses

Every year, the NFL awards money from a bonus pool to players who have essentially outperformed their contracts. It is a complex formula, based upon playing time and other factors, but the results for 2016 left two Eagles — cornerback Jalen Mills and linebacker Jordan Hicks — among the top 25 bonuses awarded in the league. Mills received $324,112.11. Hicks received $300,142.56.
