Danny Garcia's father threatens to cut own head off if his son loses

Philly boxer Danny Garcia could do little but watch his father go off at the undercard press conference for Saturday's Floyd Mayweather-Canelo Alvarez fight.

Despite being on the undercard to the Mayweather-Alvarez bout, Garcia-Lucas Matthysse features an undefeated champion (Garcia) going up against the top, and very worthy, contender Lucas Matthysse.

It comes as no surprise that Garcia's father, Angel Garcia, is excited to see his son defend his title on a very big stage. But the elder Garcia may have taken his excitement a little too far.

"Blood is thicker than water," he said during the presser. That's why if his son loses, he will cut his own head off.

Not wear a dress. Not get an embarrassing tattoo. But cut his own head off.
