The Sixers have been linked to trade rumors involving the Cleveland Cavaliers and their shooting guard, Dion Waiters, according to Chris Broussard of ESPN.

Broussard writes that there is no imminent deal in place, but the Cavaliers have spoken to the Sixers, Bulls and Knicks about a swap.

Waiters, who has struggled somewhat since being selected fourth overall by Cleveland in 2012, is "open to being traded."

From the Sixers, Cleveland is supposedly targeting Evan Turner, whose name has been tossed around in trade rumors since the summer.
