Announcement of Andrew Bynum's unavailability could come now, later

The NBA season is underway, which means that Andrew Bynum is not playing basketball. Now with the Cavaliers, Bynum is living it up with his chronic knee issues, still the same amount of "unable to play" as he was when we wasn't playing for the Sixers for all of last season.

The NBA season is underway, which means that Andrew Bynum is not playing basketball. Now with the Cavaliers, Bynum is living it up with his chronic knee issues, still the same amount of "unable to play" as he was when we wasn't playing for the Sixers for all of last season.

As a writer for the Akron Beacon-Journal describes it, Bynum is likely not playing tonight against the Nets, per coach Mike Brown.

But whoa, whoa, whoa. Before you start making assumptions, there has been no official announcement that Bynum is out. The lineups aren't even due for another four hours. Bynum could be all kinds of available by then.
