I Agree with PSU. Safety issue of threats, keeping the statue up. And A quick rush to judge. According to the PAPA-Joe family.

absolutely correct to remove this monument to perversion ... why put up a statue while a man is still alive in the first place ? However Penn State should fight tooth and nail if the NCAA oversteps their boundaries .....
this was criminal matter not a football issue.

Joe Paterno was a devout Catholic. He gave his millions and millions in Penn State roryalties to the Catholic Campus Ministries Fund, and we have the Paterno Catholic Student Faith Center. The Altoona Diocese should have no problem in buying the statute of Joe Paterno for millions. Those millions should be given out as Penn State scholarships. No one got ever got a Penn State scholarship from those royalties. Now is the time for change. The Altoona Diocese perhaps can build a grotto, and have a $100 million campaign to give it the splendor they both deserve.

The invisible staff and faculty and students at Penn State have provided education, training and development that has affected and effected so many lives over so many years - they will continue to do so because they are: Penn State.

I agree with removing the statue. I don't agree with the way it was done. Still the actions of arrogant men.
